Phoenix Towers is a gated, ocean front residential community located on Singer Island, in the City of Riviera Beach, FL.  

Our Condominium Association consists of two separate buildings (A & B Towers), 

each 23 stories high. Each floor has four 1,219 square foot residential units with two bedrooms and two full baths plus balcony. 

 There is a shared laundry room with washer and dryer on every floor.   Most units have stunning views of the ocean and/or the Intracoastal waterway.  

We have many amenities for residents including a large swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball hoop, shuffleboard,

fitness center and a large clubhouse complete with outdoor BBQ grills,

There is a flat walkway out the largest, most beautiful beach area on the Island with chair service available.  Outdoor showers are located on the ends of the walkway to conveniently hose off sand.
